Description

The subject of this contract is the supply of one truck unit in accordance with Act No 360/2022 on the promotion of low-emission vehicles through the award of public contracts and public passenger transport services, as amended (‘Act No 360/2022’), consisting of a chassis and a municipal superstructure, including an automatic dumper and a static weigher (‘the municipal superstructure’), intended for the collection of waste (the whole also ‘goods’ ‘or ‘vehicle’), including all required and mandatory equipment and the provision of complete servicing of the supplied unit, i.e. the municipal superstructure of the vehicle, including an automatic dumper and a static weigher and a chassis for the agreed warranty period. Furthermore, the subject of performance includes the provision of all services associated with holding the provided warranty for the entire delivered subject of performance as a priority at the place of delivery of the vehicle, exceptionally it can be agreed to provide warranty service for the chassis at the place of the nearest authorized service. The low-emission vehicle supplied must enable the use of alternative fuel pursuant to Act No 360/2022.
