1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa Indywidualnego Pakietu Likwidacji Skażeń IPLS-1, zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia. 2. Wykonawca winien dostarczyć przedmiot zamówienia w następującej ilości: Zadanie nr 1 - 18 900 szt. (Ilość podstawowa - 6 300 szt.; Ilość w opcji - 12 600 szt.) Zadanie nr 2 - 18 900 szt. (Ilość podstawowa - 6 300 szt.; Ilość w opcji - 12 600 szt.) 3. Szczegóły dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia i kryteriów oceny ofert zostaną zamieszczone w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ), która wraz z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia zostanie przekazana Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert.
