Description

Maritime CASCO insurance services for ARSVOM vessels (16 cc.) – insurance condition – ‘Hull and machinery insurance’, ‘Total loss, damage (common damage and damage) and liability for collisions with third parties 4/4 RDC and FFO (including rescue, rescue and litigation costs)’, as set out in the attached tender specifications.
(a) Number of days up to which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 15 days;
(b) Number of days during which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: on the 10th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification sent after the date referred to in point (a) will make it impossible for the CA to provide a reply within the deadline referred to in point (b) and, following any request for clarification outside the deadlines mentioned, will be considered to be out of time.
