Description

The intention is to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator. The framework agreement to be awarded includes the provision of legal advice and assistance in the preparation and conduct of procurement procedures in all necessary steps via supply and service contracts of all kinds, but also special methods and instruments in procurement procedures, such as framework agreements or the dynamic purchasing system. Services from the construction environment (construction and service/planner services) are excluded. In addition, the specific contracts may also cover the preparation of legal opinions and/or working aids, assistance in the event of complaints and representation of the contracting authority in review proceedings. Part of the services to be provided is, among other things, the responsible coordination of external consultants, e.g. technical experts, who are technically involved in the preparation of specifications/procurement documents/offer evaluation. The services to be provided may concern measures taken by both the general administration of the MPG and its institutes.
