1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of services covering the maintenance of green spaces, the winter maintenance of internal streets, car parks, squares and accesses, the ongoing cleanliness of outdoor areas (roadways, squares, entrances, green areas), the cleaning of shared spaces inside residential – multi-family buildings (stairways, basement corridors, laundries); tree felling, crown scanning, tree planting services and plant planting services on real estate managed on behalf of the Contracting Authority by the Municipal Board of Housing Buildings in Tychy, through its organisational units, hereinafter referred to as ROM, as follows:

— ROM No III, with its registered office in Tychy, ul. Cyganeria 43,
