Description

LBHF has identified land it owns suitable for development. There are approximately 30 LBHF-owned sites with a capacity for approximately 800 homes. LBHF wishes to develop these as affordable housing in partnership with developers.
The priorities are to:
a) Create more affordable homes, with nominations to LBHF;
b) Deliver these homes as soon as possible;
c) Create use of LBHF's subsidy (S106, capital receipts and Right to Buy receipts).
