Description

Der Gasthof Hirsch in Dietmannsried, Ortsteil Probstried ist seit Jahren geschlossen. Das Gebäude steht leer. Das Grundstück ist ungenutzt. Die Gemeinde Dietmannsried als Bauherr beabsichtigt den Gasthof mit Biergarten Veranstaltungssaal und kleinem Hotel zu reaktivieren und zusammen mit einem Dorfladen und Wohnungen zu einem neuen Mittelpunkt in Probstried zu entwickeln. Die Leistung umfasst das Errichten der WC Vorderwände und Trennwände, sowie das Errichten von Umkleidekabinen, inkl.montieren aller notwendiger Zubehörteile.
