Description

Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue (jäljempänä hankintayksikkö) on tehnyt hankintapäätöksen Rondo-arkistointijärjestelmän käyttöönoton ja ylläpidon suorahankinnasta.
Arkistointi kattaa Prima-palkanmaksu-, SAP HCM -henkilöstöhallinto- ja Titania-työvuorosuunnittelujärjestelmien tiedot 1.1.2023 alkaen sekä käytöstä poistuvien Prima-, SAP HCM- ja Titania -järjestelmien tietojen arkistoinnin.
Arkistoinnilla huolehditaan käytöstä poistuvien järjestelmien henkilöstöprosessiin liittyvien asiakirjojen ja aineistojen arkistoinnista lakisääteisten vaatimusten mukaisesti, varmistetaan olemassa olevien tietojen arkistointi sekä Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialueen toiminnan alkaessa kaikkien järjestelmien osalta lakisääteisten tietojen ja dokumenttien arkistointi.
Hankintayksikkö toimii hankinnassa tilaajana ja tekee järjestelmää koskevan sopimuksen CGI Suomi Oy:n kanssa.
