Description

Der Zweckverband Thüringer Wintersportzentrum (ZV TWZ), Jägerstraße 10, 98559 Oberhof schreibt die Lieferung von elektrischer Energie (Strom), für seine Abnahmestellen, in einem offenen Verfahren aus. Mit Zuschlagserteilung kommt zwischen dem erfolgreich berücksichtigten Bieter und dem ZV TWZ ein Liefervertrag über die Versorgung mit Strom zustande. Die Versorgung umfasst die Lieferung von Strom einschließlich Netznutzung und sämtliche damit unmittelbar verbundenen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen eines „All-Inclusive-Vertrages“. Ziel des Vertrages ist eine sichere Versorgung zu wirtschaftlichen Bedingungen. Im Bieterverfahren wird ausschließlich die reine Energielieferung ohne Steuern, Abgaben, Umlagen und ohne Netznutzungsentgelt bewertet. Die Belieferung beginnt am 01.01.2025, 0:00 Uhr und endet am 31.12.2027, 24:00 Uhr.
