Description

Dienstleistungskonzession (Betreibermodell) für die Aufstellung von Self-Service-Terminals in den neun Kundenzentren der Stadt Köln. An einem Self-Service-Terminal können die Kundinnen und Kunden sowohl biometrische Passfotos, als auch Fingerabdrücke und eine elektronische Signatur digital an einem Gerät erfassen. Die Kundinnen und Kunden können somit das Antragsverfahren für sich selbst sowie die Mitarbeitenden beschleunigen, indem sie bereits vor der eigentlichen Beantragung von Ausweisdokumenten ihre bio-metrischen Daten an den Self-Service-Terminals erfassen. Es handelt sich somit um einen digitalen Erfassungs-Workflow.
Pro Kundenzentrum sollen jeweils bis zu 2 Selbstbedienungsterminals im Wartebereich beziehungsweise im Foyer platziert werden. Insgesamt sollen 15-18 Geräte aufgestellt werden.
