Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky léčivých přípravků dle specifikace a za podmínek uvedených v přílohách č. 2 (Specifikace jednotlivých částí veřejné zakázky) a č. 3 (Vzor kupní smlouvy) zadávací dokumentace. Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena na celkem 4 částí podle specifikace uvedené v příloze č. 2 zadávací dokumentace. Požadavky zadavatele jsou pro všechny části veřejné zakázky stanoveny shodně, pokud není v dalších ustanoveních zadávací dokumentace uvedeno jinak.
