Gegenstand dieser Rahmenvereinbarung ist die die verpflichtende Versorgung öffentlicher Auftraggeber nach den Bestimmungen gemäß Punkt 2 dieser Rahmenvereinbarung mit Arzneispezialitäten und Homöopathika sowie Einwiegern gemäß österreichischem Arzneimittelgesetz (AMG) (inkl. österreichischer Verordnungen) bzw. gemäß zu Grunde liegender EU-Rechtsnormen, jeweils i.d.g.F., zu den Bedingungen dieser Rahmenvereinbarung (inklusive Beilagen).
