PL-Warsaw: gas chromatographs
Supply of gas chromatograph with mass spectrometer (GC/MS) (part of 32 sets of equipment put into service) meeting the technical requirements set out in the table in §3 of the tender specifications (SIWZ).
1. The execution of the contract shall include:
(1) delivery of the instrument to the Final User, i.e.: The Headquarters of the Provincial State Fire Service in Warsaw, launching and carrying out instructions, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 2 to the relevant provisions of the contract, which are annexed to the Specifications of the Relevant Conditions of the Contract. Together with the device, the Contractor will forward to the Final User the manufacturer’s operating instructions in Polish and licences for the software supplied,
(2) the provision of basic and follow-up training, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 2 to the relevant provisions of the Agreement,
(3) guarantee – at least 2 years from the date of signature of the delivery acceptance report, in accordance with the rules laid down in the relevant provisions of the contract;
4) free-of-charge telephone consultations for a period of 1 year from the signature of the delivery acceptance report on the operation of the analyser.
2. The contracting authority shall also require that:
(1) all documentation (instructions and training materials) was provided in Polish in paper form and in electronic form in the form of a pdf file;
(2) the guarantee and post-guarantee services were provided on site to the Final User by persons authorised by the manufacturer,
(3) the basic and supplementary training referred to in Annex 2 to the relevant provisions of the Agreement was carried out by persons with knowledge and experience referred to in Section 5 of the Agreement. 1, point 3(a) of the ToR,
4) the training material was prepared by a person with the experience referred to in Section 5(c). 1, point 3(b) of the ToR.
