Description

The supply of consultancy services to provide energy performance certificates for public buildings (nondomestic) to supplement Fife Council's in-house capability. Consultants appointed to be qualified members of those organisations on the protocol list as indicated by the Scottish Building Standards. Specific contracts will be issued on an "as required" basis in order to support surveys to be carried out by internal staff. Awards will be made on confirmation of the consultant's available resources and competitive lump sum prices. We anticipate that 150 properties will require surveys and certification by appointed consultants. This would likely provide a total fee charge of circa 750 000 GBP. This is not guaranteed.
