Description

The current framework contracts for the hiring broker of the flexible shell will be terminated in connection with the early attainment of maximum value for the end of the contract term. However, the need for hiring temporary staff remains unaffected. As a result, the NDW will re-publish the contract on the market. The estimated value for the provision of services under the framework agreement including optional supply options is € 10.000.000,- excluding VAT per year. The mentioned value is indicative, no rights can be derived from it. The Client is entitled to terminate the Framework Agreement if it has spent the aforementioned value on assignments within the framework of this Framework Agreement before the end of the agreed contract duration. If the client makes use of this option, the client will not owe any costs or compensation to the contractor/supplier.
