The purchase of products by a public pharmacy under a distribution framework contract as follows:
Purchases of various prescription and non-prescription medicines and other products (including magistral preparations and raw materials) for prescription pharmacies operating at the contracting institution for the supply of medicinal products to the public, totalling HUF 2291000000/12 months net. The reason for the exclusion of sub-bidding is that patient traffic is unpredictable, as it changes continuously due to on-call duty and the incoming prescriptions are not specified in advance, vary daily according to current needs and the interests of patient care.
