Recruitment Services for Legal Roles
The Corporate Enforcement Authority (CEA) is seeking tenders for the provision of Recruitment Services for our Legal Directorates to administer a resourcing process supported by an integrated candidate management system to: - source applications, - attract and process applications, and - communicate with candidates including feedback stage, for a number of posts ranging from permanent contracts, fixed term contracts and temporary agency staff, at various civil service grades using a competency based methodology. To undertake all recruitment in a fair and merit-based manner as provided under the Commission for Public Service Appointments (CPSA) Codes of Practice. To provide support for interview boards, when required, including in the role of note taker, external chair, interview panel member or psychometric testing
