Description

De gemeente heeft de ambitie om de Stadspas als centrale voorziening te gaan gebruiken voor haar gebruikers. De Stadspas is ontwikkeld voor minima en mensen met een AOW-uitkering. Met deze voorziening kunnen gebruikers kortingen ontvangen op attracties, film, sporten, festivals, musea en theater. Daarnaast heeft de gemeente momenteel een aantal regelingen in het kindtegoed lopen die ook beschikbaar zijn voor veel gebruikers van de Stadspas. Het plan is om het gehele kindtegoed gefaseerd te gaan digitaliseren. Een gebruiker van de Stadspas kan daardoor boven op de bestaande voordelen ook de andere regelingen ontvangen op de pas, indien die op hem of haar van toepassing is. De budgetten die daarmee op de pas komen te staan kunnen worden besteed in winkels (retailers), scholen en sportverenigingen. Met deze aanbesteding wordt een partner gezocht die het bijbehorende netwerk van retailers dat nodig is om de gebruikers hun budget te laten besteden kan opzetten, uitbreiden en onderhouden.
