Rahmenvertrag Schädlingsbekämpfung insbesondere gegen: Nager, Tauben, Insekten, Bettwanzen, Desinfektion und Holzbehandlung Rahmenvertrag mit Festund Einheitspositionen Im Hinblick auf die Rechtsprechung des EuGH (Urteil vom 17.6.2021, C2320) wird von einem Gesamtauftragsvolumen in Höhe von maximal ca. 1.230.000 Euro netto für die Laufzeit des Rahmenvertrages ausgegangen. Ein Anspruch auf Beauftragung in der vorgenannten Höhe kann aus dieser Mitteilung nicht abgeleitet werden.
