The subject of this consultation is the supply of polyethylene bags for separate collection of household papers and packaging. This is a mixed collection (journal magazines, cardboard packaging, plastic bottles, steel and aluminium packaging), in a translucent yellow bag, carried out by the Mulhouse Alsace Agglomeration Community in door-to-door. The characteristics of the bags are detailed in Article 6 of the market SPC. The contract shall be concluded as from 20 August 2025. It is renewable (three) times, by tacit renewal, for a period of one year each time, unless terminated by one of the parties, notified by registered letter with AR at the latest three (3) months before the effective date of the renewal.
