The subject of this contract is the service of renting, maintaining and servicing equipment for printing, reproduction and scanning of documents (hereinafter referred to as the ‘equipment’), paying only for the stamp (hereinafter referred to as the ‘service’) at the premises of the Agency for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contracting Authority’). Purchases will be made on the basis of actual demand and fixed rates specified in the provider's offer and up to the maximum funds planned for the purchase. The Contractor shall be liable for all obligations arising from the contract, whether or not they are performed by third parties. 3. The estimated duration of the contract is 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of signature of the act of acceptance of the equipment - transfer or until the maximum contract amount has been used up, whichever comes first. The monthly price of the service shall consist of the product of the number of stamps actually issued per month and the price. Planned preliminary scope of services for the entire duration of the contract: the number of black stamps was 5 760 000 (approximately 160 000 per month) and the number of colour stamps was 7 200 (approximately 300 per month). The amount of stamps purchased may increase or decrease.
