Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt mengenoffene Rahmenverträge zu schließen. Den nachfolgend genannten Schätzwert liegen Ableitungen aus der Vergangenheit zugrunde. Eine Projektion auf die Zukunft ist nur bedingt möglich, daher behält sich der Auftraggeber ausdrücklich vor, mehr oder weniger als die unter "geschätzter Gesamtwert" genannte Summe zu beauftragen.
Es handelt sich bei dem Schätzwert genannten Wert nicht um Mindestabnahmewerte. Eine bestimmte Liefer-/Leistungsmenge wird vom Auftraggeber nicht garantiert. Es besteht daher in Hinblick auf diesen Wert keinerlei Anspruch eines Auftragnehmers auf Beauftragung bzw. Vergütung.
