Description

The target of the procurement is expert services for solution development and maintenance services, which target different areas of the implementation of customer-oriented digital services and solutions supporting them, owned by the KEHA Centre and/or assigned to the KEHA Centre. Several service providers will be selected for the framework agreement. The framework agreement can also be used to allocate resources to a separate framework agreement for large development packages, if these needs are related to the development and maintenance tasks of KEHA Centre's shared platforms and solutions. This framework agreement will, by area, include, inter alia, the following entities: collaborative platforms and solutions, integrations, data platforms, customer data repositories and other data warehouses, modern application development solutions (no-code/low-code), as well as digital working environment and customer relationship management solutions. Cloud services and technologies enabled by artificial intelligence are widely used in the life cycle management of the framework agreement's sub-components. The development targets included in this framework agreement are, as a rule, long-term and subject to rapid changes in content. The expert services to be procured are targeted at the vitality centres and the KEHA Centre for ICT tasks specified in the decree. The field of work is also expanded by the development and maintenance tasks of digitalisation assigned to the KEHA Centre by other KEHA Centre's performance managers closely related to the operating environment.
