Description

Vest-Lofoten sixth form college is currently located at several places in Leknes and in Gravdal. In this project the college shall be collocated, preferably in one joint building.
The college currently has approx. 400 students and 120 employees. After the development this will increase to approx. 600 students and 180 employees. Nordland county is the contractor and will see to the contractor functions in the project.
Construction state I, contract A will consist of a new building connected to the existing building (approx. 7 788 m²), whilst contract B will consist of the renovation of the existing building (approx. 3 200 m² gross). The total gross area requirement is approx. 10 988 m² by a b/n factor of 1.5. The net approved programme area (ref. Fr-case 041/13) has a total of 7 325 m² (contracts A and B).
