La présente consultation concerne un concours restreint de Maitrise d'oeuvre en application des articles L.2125-1 2° et R.2162-15 à R.2162-26 du code de la commande publique.
la mission confiée au lauréat du concours sera une mission de Base + Opc.
l'enveloppe prévisionnelle des travaux sera de 4 725 000,00 EUR HT (Vrd inclus).
la durée du marché est de 48 mois à compter de sa date de notification.
les prestations seront financées par fonds propres/Plus/Plai.
l'opération projetée sera implantée sur le lot D de la Zac Port Marianne, Consuls de Mer extension à Montpellier.
trois axes de réflexion souhaitent être abordés pour cette approche expérimentale : l'évolutivité des logements, les espaces partagés et la réversibilité du projet de construction
