Description

1. Coverage of around 70 trainings over 3 years, with up to 45 persons and others (up to 50 people) participating in one training event;
2. For the accommodation of guests in the city of Vilnius, the supplier must submit a tender to hotels meeting the two conditions of the contract as a matter of priority.
3. The first of the two hotels is called “main” and will normally be supplied by the supplier. The second will be used in cases where the first (main) hotels are not available for objective reasons.
4. On the day of the event, meals per guest are provided 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), but the Frontiers School may give up meals or parts of meals during the lunch or dinner with prior notice (two hours before the meal is provided).
5. The estimated need to organise up to 70 vans (fly dinners) (1 training – 1 vanchet). The organisation of furschets (fly dinners) is ordered according to the actual need of the Frontiers School.
6. The supplier must indicate at least 3 (three) catering establishments in Vilnius where festive dinners will be organised.
7. The transportation of guests is ordered according to the actual need of the Frontiers School. In most cases, guests are transported from/to Vilnius airport. One study visit to Vilnius city and Vilnius district shall be organised for one training group. Transport is carried out by means of passenger cars, minibuses or buses (1-40 places). Transportation services will be ordered according to the actual need of the Frontiers School.
8. The hotel must have a minimum of 3 (three) conference rooms, at least one of which has the possibility to organise training for 40 (fourty) people with the possibility of planting class and U-type and at least 2 (two) rooms for 10 (ten) people with the possibility of planting class and U-type.
9. The hotel must have access to dry chemical cleaning and clothes washing.
