1. The subject of the contract is delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, clamps, sutures and surgical garters and a system for the removal of pupil hematomas, including by depositing with the Ordering Party for Part 14, in accordance with the quantitative and generic summary set out in Annex No 2 to the Specifications of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as ‘the swz’, meeting the quality parameters set out in Annex No 2 to the swz, under the conditions set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 4a to the swz for Part 1-13 and Annex No 4b to the swz for Part 14. 2.
