1) The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel fuel intended for refuelling vehicles and equipment operated by the Municipal Waste Management Plant in Bełżyce Sp. z o.o. 2) CPV code: 09134100-8 – Diesel. 3) The subject of the contract includes the purchase, transport and delivery of diesel fuel to the seat of the Ordering Party: Municipal Waste Management Plant in Bełżyce Sp. z o.o. ul. Industrial 35A, 24-200 Bełżyce. 4) The anticipated maximum quantity of diesel covered by the basic contract is: up to 200 000 litres. 5) The Ordering Party anticipates that the one-off delivery will be about 4 000 litres, and deliveries will be made on average 3-4 times a month, with the actual frequency and volume of deliveries depending on the Ordering Party's current needs. 6) The stated quantity of diesel fuel is the maximum quantity. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order a smaller amount of fuel, depending on the actual demand, without the right of the Contractor to pursue claims for non-performance of the maximum order quantity.
