Description

The subject of this public procurement includes delivery, installation, commissioning of a new digital mammography system with tomosynthesis, performance of preliminary tests and functional tests, training of healthcare professionals, provision of the necessary technical documentation, certificates of conformity and instructions for operation in Bulgarian and warranty service within the warranty period. The delivery period shall not exceed 90 calendar days from the date of award of the contract. The deadline for installation and commissioning of the equipment is not longer than 50 calendar days from the date of receipt of a contract letter from the Contracting Authority. The term for conducting the training of the personnel of the Assignor for work with the delivered medical equipment is not longer than 5 calendar days from the date of installation, settings, technical testing and commissioning of the delivered medical equipment, and lasts 5 (five) working days. The minimum warranty period is not less than 24 (twenty-four) months full warranty. At the time of the announcement of the public procurement contract, its financing has not been ensured, which is why the contract will be concluded conditionally, in accordance with Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act. ​​​​​​​
