Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the performance and delivery to the contracting authority’s premises of materials of the exhibition system building awareness of the European Funds brand, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Materials’. The materials will be used for activities promoting the European Funds Information Points and information and promotion activities concerning the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme, which will serve to build the European Funds brand, perform an educational and presentation function during trainings, events and meetings, as well as an information function at the European Funds Information Points in Małopolska. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex 1D to the contract and will be introduced as an annex to the contract. 3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of that contract, the model contract, and constitute Annex 1C to the contract (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
