Description

The framework agreement is intended to cover the provision of repair and maintenance services for Thames Water's following assets across the whole of Thames Water region- electrical starters, control equipment and mechanical rotating equipment. Thames Water intends to award one or more framework agreements to service providers who can provide services under one or more of the following lots:
— lot 1 - Repair and maintenance of electric starters,
— lot 2 - Repair and maintenance of variable speed drives (including soft starts and inverters),
— lot 3 - Repair and maintenance of control systems,
— lot 4 - Repair and maintenance of engines (excluding CHP engines),
— lot 5 - Repair and maintenance of compressors,
— lot 6 - Repair and maintenance of conveyors,
— lot 7 - Repair and maintenance of blowers,
— lot 8 - Repair and maintenance of gearboxes and drive shafts.
Thames Water reserves the right to combine two or mor lots into a single contract depending on the responses received to the OJEU notice. Thames Water also reserves the right not to make any award as a result of this procurement process, or may award in part or in whole.
Also, Thames Water reserves the right not to award a framework agreement to a single service provider covering all lots.
