UK-Ossett: banking and investment services
The Official Solicitor and the Public Trustee each wish to appoint one or more Investment Adviser(s) and Manager(s) for each cases in which the Official Solicitor and the Public Trustee acts as trustee, executor or administrator of estates where either of them holds securities on which investment advice and management is required.
The provider(s) will be expected to provide investment advice and managment of services of the type provided to any other professional trustee, executor or administrator to enable the Official Solicitor or the Public Trustee to comply with his legal duties, in particular under the Trustee Act 2000.
The successful provider should be experienced in dealing with trustee investments. Any provider must be authorised to operate in England and Wales.
