Description

PLEASE NOTE: This is a rectification of TenderNed number:535008. ProRail needs services that provide the preparation, execution and maintenance of tailor-made total solutions in the field of vehicle adaptations, specifically for the auxiliary vehicles of Incident Management (ICB). The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a framework agreement with one party on the conversion of auxiliary vehicles in the event of an incident. The Framework Agreement has a fixed term of four (4) years with four (four) times an option to extend it by one (1) year. The maximum duration is therefore eight (8) years. The total maximum value of this contract is set at an initial value of €7,048,500,- excluding €736,116,- unforeseen and excluding indexation, price level 2026. No rights can be derived from this declaration of numbers and no purchase guarantee applies. This amount acts as a ceiling, without any obligation to actually purchase.
