Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zawarcie umowy ramowej dla realizacji zadania pn.
„Sukcesywny zakup nowych opon do pojazdów silnikowych i sprzętu
INNEKO Sp. z o.o. w Gorzowie Wlkp. wraz z usługami wulkanizacyjnymi.”
Sukcesywny zakup opon i wykonywania usług wulkanizacyjnych uzależniony będzie od potrzeb zamawiającego. Zamawiający nie jest zobowiązany do zakupu całej ilości przedmiotu zamówienia, a podane ilości służą do skalkulowania oferty przez wykonawcę. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zmiany ilości w poszczególnych pozycjach zakupywanego asortymentu podanego w załączniku poniżej w ramach kwoty wartości zamówienia, która wskazana zostanie w ofercie wykonawcy i umowie. Zamawiający zastrzega, że ilość pojazdów / sprzętu określonego w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ i umowy w trakcie trwania umowy może ulec zmianie.
