The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for work (‘the contract’) between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The subject of the contract is the complete supply, installation and installation of photovoltaic power plants (‘PVPPs’) on buildings owned by České dráhy, a.s. (‘ČD’) in the form of Design & Build, according to the list in Annex 2 to the contract. Processing is divided into two phases.
