CompetenceCenter Zealand offers a Framework Agreement on Land Inspector services within surveying, acquisition of rights (voluntary agreements and expropriation) and cadastral tasks. The contracting entity is obliged to use the Framework Agreement for the purchase of services performed on existing plants (operational tasks) within water, waste water, heat, surface water and cooling supply. The contracting entity may at any time choose to perform some of the services itself as in-house services, e.g. carry out own surveying with its own employees. The contracting entity may choose to use this Framework Agreement for services in connection with BNBO's tasks (Bynary Protective Areas) but is not obliged to do so, and reserves the right to tender or conclude contracts for this as an independent task. The contracting entity may also choose to use this Framework Agreement for new installations, but is not obliged to do so. However, the contracting entity reserves the right to tender or conclude contracts for this as an independent task or as part of the overall work. For a more detailed description of the services offered, including the minimum requirements, please refer to Annex 2 Requirements specification, Annex 3 Tender list with cases (TBL) and Annex, as well as any corrections and answers to questions. There may be options or reservations that apply only to the individual company, in which case this will be specifically described in company-specific Annex 4 and will take precedence over tender specifications, requirements specification, TAG and TBL Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
