Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Service A to the Ordering Party, consisting in transporting:  Postal consignments. The Contractor is obliged to accept Postal Shipments for carriage in the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the performance of Service A, constituting Annex 1 to the contract, and to issue them in the places and dates specified in this Annex  Freight Shipments, the content of which may constitute SENT Shipments or dangerous goods within the meaning of Article 2(4) of the Act of 19 August 2011 on the carriage of dangerous goods. admitted for carriage under the conditions specified in the Regulations for the provision of services. The Contractor is obliged to accept Goods Shipments for carriage at the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the provision of Service A, and to issue them at the places and dates specified in this Annex. If the Place of Substitution is not an organizational unit of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to load / unload Freight Shipments by checking the compliance of the number of loaded items with the consignment note or other handover document. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, as appropriate for a given lot, is set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract, respectively for a given lot, are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The subject of the contract is divided into 12 (twelve) separate and independent partial contracts: a) The Contractor may submit a tender for all lots, i.e. for any number of lots, b) each tender will be assessed separately for each of the partial contracts to which it relates, including in accordance with the tender evaluation criterion given in this CVT and in the absence of grounds for exclusion of the Contractor and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
