Municipality of Harderwijk Project leader spatial planning
Within the municipality of Harderwijk we are working on the spatial development of housing and industrial estates. In this we are working on both expansion locations and expansion. The municipality of Harderwijk has both an active and facilitating land policy. Citizen participation and sustainability are high on the political agenda. For the Harderweide, Flora Jozina and Welkoop housing projects, we are looking for a new project leader, because the contract with the current project leader expires. We are looking for a project leader who can take two of our larger projects (approximately 800 homes, implementation phase and approximately 600 homes, definition/design phase) further. You are also responsible for one or more smaller housing projects and a study into impeding factors for housing (environmental nuisance, nitrogen, grid congestion) and subsequent studies or actions. The ratio between the activities varies, with an average of 28-34 hours per week spent on the active project management and coaching. A hands-on mentality, good contact traits, own initiative and a sense of administrative relations is important, as is an intrinsic motivation to always want to do better and to negotiate so that municipal interests are optimally safeguarded. In addition to our own projects, we expect the project leader to share his knowledge of IPM teams, GOTI(C)K and project management with the other project leaders/team members.
