Description

The contracting authority, by applying this procedure, intends to purchase reagents and consumables compatible with the analyzers provided: Diamed line and GEM PREMIER 3500, for performing medical acts to the quality standards imposed by the legislation in the field of medical services. At the end of this award procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months, with a maximum of three economic operators. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and the subsequent contract are set out in the Tender Specifications. The deadline for the contracting authority to reply to all requests for clarifications is on the 11th day before the closing date and time for the submission of tenders, provided that the economic operator requests clarification within the deadline laid down in Section I.3 Communication, i.e. 18 days.
