Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of hotel furniture with assembly, hereinafter referred to as ‘furniture’, to the Kashubian Campus Building Administration of the University of Gdańsk.
2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 39100000-3 (Furniture).
3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract - Annex No 6 to the SWZ.
4. Place of delivery of furniture: Administration of the Kashubian Campus Buildings, Borucino 77, 83-323 Kamienica Szlachecka.
5. The Contracting Authority requires a guarantee for furniture for a period of at least 12 months, while the Contractor may offer a longer guarantee period, taking into account the provisions of Chapter XVI of the SWZ. The deadline for the performance of the contract is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders. The details of the guarantee are set out in Section 7 of the Draft Agreement – Annex 5 to the SWZ.
