Description

The subject of the public contract is the contractor’s obligation to carry out works for the contracting authority consisting, in particular, in the overall repair of greenhouses Nos 2 and 3, including the background and supply of treated water from the new greenhouses. As part of the construction work, new floors and their compositions, or their refurbishment, new drainage around the whole building, remediation of the ceiling above the former boiler room, repair of foundations, plaster, facade (including measures against moisture), and replacement of roofing (spray) and sheet metal roofing above the warehouse in the western part will be carried out. A new shading system will also be implemented, plumbing, locksmith and stone elements of the whole building will be repaired and windows and doors will be repaired or replaced. There will also be a new facility at 1. NP, as part of the filling is also the delivery of new flowerpots and shelves and the repair of storage space for the storage of garden utensils. All technical wiring – heavy current, water supply, sewerage, heating – will also be newly implemented; a new electronic fire alarm, structured cabling and a MaR system will be implemented. Furthermore, the cooling of a part of one of the greenhouses and tables for fasting flowers will be realized. Part of the filling is also the delivery of irrigation system and fogging.
