Description

The service provider will have the task of drawing up information sheets for each area of presumed economic activity situated on the territory of the Communauté d’agglomération du Val de Fensch, the developer of this study, outside the areas of activity already of Community interest. This census must be exhaustive and corroborate the economic vocation of an area.
2 stages are planned, the first will be to bring the statutes of the community into line with the abolition of the Community interest in the areas of activity, as currently provided for in the statutes of the EPCI, the second stage will be to define the financial conditions for the transfer of the assets selected by the local authority from the municipalities to the EPCI.
