Description

REWAG and Stadtwerk Regensburg GmbH intend to award the disposal of contaminated excavated soil as part of a cooperation. The works will be awarded as a framework contract with a duration from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026. In the case of civil engineering work by REWAG, the Civil Engineering Office Regensburg or third parties, excavated soil material and asphalt break-up are incurred, which must be disposed of professionally. The commissioned civil engineering companies deliver the extracted material to the interim storage area in Kremser Straße at Hs.nr. 12, Regensburg. If the construction site is sufficiently large, storage is carried out in the construction site. Storage is carried out in separate heaps (at least one heap per construction project). For small measures such as house connections and faults, collection piles are formed. In the case of asphalt break-up, the contractor must provide a sufficient number of containers on the construction site if a qualitative rapid test by the subcontractor of the contractor should point to pitch-containing components. The management of the interim storage area is carried out through a cooperation between REWAG and the municipal utility hereinafter referred to as AG. However, the management is to be substantially supported by the contractor. If no further material is produced during a construction project or the maximum pile size of about 500m3 has been reached, the customer will be notified of the sampler. Based on the available analysis and classification, the contractor is commissioned. From the transmission of the analysis, the corresponding pile must be disposed of from the interim storage site or the construction site within 10 working days. The travel costs to the construction sites or the interim storage area must be included in the unit prices. The construction sites are located in the supply area of REWAG.
