Snow removal in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the novads of Balvi – Briežuciems, Lazdulejas, Tilža, Vectilža, Balvu, Bērzkalnes, Kubulu, Kupravas, Vīksnas, Bērzpils, Lazdukalna, Krišjāņi, Medņeva, Susāji, Šķilbēni, Vecumu civil parish, municipal streets and roads.
