This is a re-tender of the cancelled tender: Lease of the Concert Hall's restaurant and café operations, including business and conferences, sponsor, backstage and staff canteen with executive order no. 560155-2024. The call for tenders is carried out in accordance with the Concessions Directive (BEK nr. 1080 af 29/06/2022) The call for tenders is carried out as a negotiated procedure. The offer includes the lease of Musikhuset's restaurant and café operations, including business and conferences, sponsor, backstage and staff canteen. There will be a voluntary online information meeting via Teams about the completion of the application for prequalification, Thursday 14/11-2024 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Registration must be made by email to Nicolai Lehmann (lnij@aarhus.dk), no later than 1 hour before the meeting. Five applicants will be pre-qualified to submit a tender. Applicants are asked to provide the most important references concerning the operation of the restaurant and café/brasserie and the catering of large companies. Please provide the references in Annex 0 Form for filling in references. The applicant may enter an unlimited number of references in Annex 0 Form for filling in references. However, the applicant is only invited to provide references that the applicant assesses to be significant. References will be included in the Aarhus Concert Hall's selection of applicants. Candidates will be selected from among the conditional and suitable candidates. The selection will be based on an assessment of the applicant's financial qualifications and the applicant's references regarding the operation of the restaurant and café/brasserie and the provision of meals to larger companies corresponding to the contract offered, with the main emphasis on the applicant's references. Objective criteria for selecting the limited number of candidates: Selection of the candidates who will be invited to submit a tender will be based on an assessment of the candidates with the most relevant comparable references, cf. point 3.2.2. In this assessment, it will be given positive weight that the applicant demonstrates comparable experience in the form of: 1. A-references, which demonstrate experience with the diverse tasks found in the Concert Hall, see. annex 1, 2. B-references, which demonstrate experience with the diverse tasks that exist in the Concert Hall, cf. Annex 1, When assessing this, ad 1) – 2) are listed in order of priority. In the evaluation, references that demonstrate experience with ad 1) will be evaluated more positively than references that demonstrate experience with ad 2).
