Description

1. The subject of the contract is the removal of a waste pile located on cadastral plot No. 1224/1, located in Brzeziny at ul. The boat 35. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 10 to the SWZ. 2. Task n. ‘Elimination of environmental risk in Brzeziny by removing waste from the composting and sorting plant and remediation of the site’ is planned for co-financing under Priority FELD.02 European Funds for the Green Łódź Region, Measure FELD.02.16 BIORISNOVERITY – ZIT ŁÓDZKI METROPOLITALAL AREA, Regional Programme European Funds for the Łódź Region 2021-2027. 3. Pursuant to Article 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws No. U of 2025, item 277 as amended), i.e. persons performing the contract related to the performance of the contract. 4. In accordance with the provisions of Article 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing the following activities in the scope of contract performance: - in the scope of performing activities directly related to the performance of works, i.e. so-called manual workers, including employees performing activities in the field of waste screening; - with regard to the driving of vehicles intended for the collection of waste; - with regard to the loading of waste into vehicles. 5. The Contractor undertakes that the employees performing the activities listed above will be employed on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277 as amended).
