Description

Die Baumaßnahme umfasst den -Neubau einer Feuerwache- gem. HOAI 2021, Teil 4 Fachplanung, Abschnitt 1 Tragwerksplanung mit den Leistungsbilder nach §51 HOAI 2021. Feuerwachen der Bundeswehr sind infrastrukturelle Nutzungseinheiten, in denen Einsatzkräfte/-fahrzeuge einschließlich Ausrüstung, Lösch-/ Gefahrenbekämpfungsgeräte, feuerwehrspezifische Gerätschaften, Materialien und sonstige Ausstattung untergebracht sind. Sie müssen die Aus- und Weiterbildung des Personals sowie Wartungs-/ Instandsetzung und Pflegearbeiten von vorhandenen Geräten und Einrichtungen ermöglichen. Die Lagerung von Lösch- und Gefahrenbekämpfungsmitteln ist zu integrieren. Besonderheiten des Tragwerks sind u.a. lange Stützweiten der Werkhalle, Entkopplung verschiedener Module bezüglich Schalles/Lärm/Schwingung und Anforderungen von schlechtesten Baugrundverhältnissen auszugehen.
