The subject-matter of this contract covers the lighting service of the streets of the city of Słupska, where a comprehensive service is to be provided using infrastructure owned by ‘Energa Oświetlenie’ Sp. z o.o. z/s in Sopocie, ul. Craftsman 17/19 comprising:
(1) sale, distribution, transmission of electricity for street lighting (provision of electricity for individual lighting points);
(2) performance of ongoing maintenance, operation and maintenance of the network and street lighting equipment (repair, refurbishment or emergency replacement of individual equipment forming part of the ‘Energa Lighting’ infrastructure);
(3) ongoing monitoring of the efficiency of road lighting infrastructure.
