Description

Between January 2024 and December 2024, the students of the school in the Aurinkolahti school are studying in evacuation rooms located no more than 10 km away from the current school building (part. Wild rose 4). Persons are transported to the evacuation rooms from a maximum of 200 pupils (+ number of teachers) at a time and are transported from Villi Rosunkuja 4 yards to the evacuation rooms at a maximum distance of 10 km. At the end of the school day, pupils and staff will be transported back from the evacuation room to Villi Rousunkuja 4. With this call for tenders, the contracting entity procures the emergency transport of pupils from the Aurinkolahti school for the Spring and Autumn semester 2024. The service to be procured is described in more detail in the service description and other annexes annexed to the invitation to tender.
