Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of services relating to the repair of bodywork and the settlement of damages in official vehicles belonging to the KSP, hereinafter referred to as ‘the service’. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Section. XIX FTZ and Annex 6 to the FTZ (according to the task). 3. The Contracting Authority allows the subcontractor to be entrusted with the performance of part of the contract. 4. The Contracting Authority requests the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it will entrust to Subcontractors and to indicate the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 5. The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the following activities in the scope of contract performance: activities aimed at restoring the full functionality of the vehicle; (b) replacement of worn or damaged parts/assemblies with technically sound ones; (c) inspection and repair of electrical systems. 7. In accordance with Art. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2016. 1) the administrator of your personal data is the Commander-in-Chief of the Police; 2) supervision over the correct processing of personal data is carried out by the personal data protection officer: Address: ul. Nowolipie 2, 00150 Warsaw; email address: iod@ksp.police.gov.pl. 7. The contracting authority shall provide for the annulment of the procedure if the public funds which it intended to use to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded. 8. The type and scope of changes to the agreement are indicated in Chapter II. XIX SWZ.
